Rental Details

Important Note: You will automatically receive a ten percent discount off the applicable rate for stays of fourteen nights or more! Rates as low as $275 per night for last minute open weekdays between booked weekends!

We require a 3-night minimum stay at $275 per night (do not be hesitant to inquire). Maximum is 5 persons in the house (adults/children combined) - strictly enforced. For monthly or other rental rates, call or email for availability and pricing.

CHECK-IN is at 4:00 PM on arrival and CHECK-OUT terminates at NOON on day of departure. Premises are cleaned during this four-hour interval. For the comfort and safety of our guests with allergies, we do not allow pets or smoking. Sorry - no student rentals, we do not rent to teenagers, people under the age of twenty-five that are not related by family status. Please note that we do not accept “sharing”. Blankets and pillows, linens, towels, dinnerware and cookware are provided. No laundry facilities are available.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Your reservation is complete when we receive your USD payment in full. We accept certified check or PayPal. We will not refund any portion of your payment if you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date. For cancellations made over two weeks prior to arrival date, the full amount of what has been paid will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee if we are able to book for the period you had reserved. If the property cannot be re-rented, there will be no refund. Any bank or PayPal fees will be deducted from your refund. Security Deposit ($225) out of which any damage expenses will be taken and Cleaning Fee ($100) are required. The Security Deposit will be promptly mailed within 7 days of checkout. Reservations are pending and cannot be guaranteed until a 50% deposit of the total Rental Fee, Security Deposit, and Cleaning Fee is received. Balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.
